Flavours

How the cake tastes is half the work.

The flavours we make all year, seasonal ones when the fruit is right, and combinations we work out with you.

The house flavours

Any flavour works in any design, and the tiers of one cake can taste different. Most couples choose two.

  • Vanilla-strawberry

Vanilla bean sponge, strawberry compote, vanilla buttercream.

  • Pistachio-raspberry

Pistachio sponge, raspberry curd, mascarpone cream.

  • Blueberry-forest berries

Vanilla sponge baked with blueberries, berry confit, berry cream.

  • Chocolate-cherry

Chocolate sponge · Belgian chocolate cream · sour cherry compote

  • Orange-chocolate

Orange sponge, orange curd, milk chocolate cream.

  • Mango

Vanilla sponge, mango confit with pieces of fruit, whipped cream.

  • Snickers

Chocolate sponge · peanut nougat · salted caramel

  • Red velvet

Red velvet sponge, berry confit, cream cheese frosting.

  • Honey cake

Thin honey layers with sour cream, the layered medovik of Ukrainian kitchens.

Dietary needs

Most of these flavours can be made without gluten or without nuts, and vegan cakes are made to order.

The kitchen also works with wheat, nuts, dairy and eggs, so we cannot promise a cake free of every trace. Tell us what the allergy is and how serious it is, and we will say honestly what we can do.

Tasting

A tasting box with four flavours can be collected from the studio or delivered in Málaga. It is included with a bespoke wedding cake.
