2. Purpose

This website presents the work of So Sweet Pastry, a wedding and celebration cake studio in Málaga, and allows you to submit a request for a quote. Nothing is sold on this website: there is no shopping cart, no payment, and no contract is concluded online. Any prices that may appear are for guidance only; an order is confirmed only by means of a written quote sent by the studio and accepted by the client.

3. Terms of use

Access to this website is free of charge and confers the status of user on anyone who visits it. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the website and its content, in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice, and not to use them for unlawful activities or to send false or automated requests through the form.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The photographs, illustrations, texts, logos and design of this website belong to the owner or are used with the authorisation of their authors. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the owner is prohibited. Cakes made for clients are photographed and displayed on this website as part of the studio's portfolio.

The owner endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is correct and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the website will be continuously available, and accepts no liability for any damage that may arise from technical interruptions beyond its control.

Where this website links to third-party pages (celebration venues, wedding planners, social networks), the owner does not control their content and is not responsible for it. If the owner becomes aware that a link leads to unlawful content, it will remove the link.
