Cookies
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information from one page to the next; the browser's local storage does a similar job. This policy explains which cookies and which data stored in your browser this website uses, and what information it reads from it, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the Guide on the use of cookies (Guía sobre el uso de las cookies) issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
2. Cookies and storage used by this website
This website uses a single cookie, and only if you submit the contact form with JavaScript disabled. It also stores your choice about visit statistics in your browser and, only if you accept them, measures visits with its own tool, which uses no cookies. There are no advertising, social media or third-party cookies.
| Name | Owner | Type and purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
form-result |
First party | Technical cookie. It carries the result of your request back to the page when the form has been submitted without JavaScript, so that you see the confirmation instead of an empty form. | Ten minutes, or until the page is displayed |
sosweet-consent |
First party | Local storage, technical. It remembers whether you accepted or rejected visit statistics, and when, so that you are not asked on every page. | 24 months; then we ask you again |
| Visit statistics | First party | Visit measurement, only with your consent. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. | The statistics are deleted after 25 months |
form-result contains a random identifier and nothing else: not your name, not your email address, nor anything that tracks you across other websites. Only this website can read it (HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax). sosweet-consent contains only your choice and its date, and only this website reads it, in your browser. Both are strictly necessary, the first to provide the service you have requested and the second to respect your choice, and are therefore exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.
We count visits with Umami, open-source software that the studio runs on its own servers in Málaga. Umami loads only after you press “Accept” in the statistics notice; until then, and if you press “Reject”, nothing is measured. It reads the screen size, the browser language, the address of the page without its query and the page you came from, and counts, without anything you write, whether you send the form and whether you click the WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram links. Your IP address is used at the moment of the visit to derive the country, region and city and a session identifier that changes every month, and it is not stored. The data are not shared with anyone, and the statistics are kept for 25 months and then deleted automatically. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, nothing is measured even if you accept.
The legal basis for the statistics is your consent (Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the “Statistics settings” button at the foot of every page, by pressing “Reject”: it is as easy as giving it, and from that moment nothing more is measured.
3. Third-party content
Fonts, photographs and scripts, the statistics script included, are served from this same domain, so opening a page does not send any request to Google, Meta, font services or advertising networks. If this were to change, we would first update this policy and ask for your consent to any cookie that is not necessary.
4. How to disable or delete cookies
You can allow, block or delete cookies in your browser settings:
If you block the form-result cookie and use the form without JavaScript, your request is still sent; you simply see the form again instead of the confirmation. If you clear this website's data in your browser, sosweet-consent is deleted too and we will ask you about statistics again on your next visit; if your browser does not allow it to be stored, we will ask you on every page.
5. Changes to this policy
We will publish any changes on this page with their date of update.
